Alone facing this nightmare, with only his tools and engineering skills as his weapons, Isaac is more determined than ever to find Nicole. The mystery hangs around the events that took place aboard the Ishimura and Isaac intends to discover the truth about them. Trapped with hostile creatures called Necromorphs, Isaac must fight for his survival; not only against the ship’s growing threats but also to preserve his mental health in the face of the horrors he will experience.
